William O'Reilly

Mr. William E. O’Reilly, Director is an acknowledged expert in the investigation of white collar crime, organized crime and political corruption. He has extensive investigative experience in the United States, Japan, Micronesia and South-East Asia.
He is a 23 year law enforcement veteran, having served 18 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, both domestically and overseas, and holds a bachelor of Science Degree in Police Science and Administration. Since 1988, Mr. O’Reilly has been working in the private sector. He is a former Associate Managing Director of Kroll Associates (Asia) Limited, and ArmorGroup Asia Pacific.

Mr. O’Reilly has provided instruction to numerous law enforcement and private sector individuals on a wide range of topics. In addition, he has lectured on anti-terrorism and provided a number of foreign governments with instruction and training in criminal investigation procedures.

Some of his most noteworthy experiences were the Watergate investigation and the execution of a search warrant at the White House on the late President Richard Nixon.

Mr. O’Reilly is a respected author, who has written three best-selling books relating to his law enforcement and private business experiences. He is a member of the Society Former Special Agents of the FBI and the American Society for Industrial Security.
